Dead Rising 4 Deluxe Edition är den fjärde i Dead Rising-serien, men den inkluderar också säsongspass som innehåller tre innehållspaket. Dead Rising 4 var en Capcom cash-grab och besviken många fans, men vissa tycker att det tillagda innehållet gör spelet mer tilltalande och spelbart.

Dead Rising 4 Deluxe Edition allows you to smash enemies with any type of weapon and/or object that you find other than enemy bodies and structural features, which are the only things you cannot use. There are exo-suits that you may use to increase your deadliness, but the game doesn't go far enough. You feel like a stone-cold killer when you mow down several zombies with the explosive power of an exo-suit, but the charge doesn't last long enough, and you have to get zombies to swarm you in order to feel the full effect. The men-wearing-female cosplay outfits is supposed to be funny, but it looks like a cheap joke and doesn't add to the gameplay experience. You have to fight Psychos (they are like bosses), but this instalment of the game offers very little backstory or context to go with them, which is a big letdown.

Dead Rising 4 Deluxe Edition löser vissa inneboende problem

Dead Rising 4 Deluxe Edition saknar definitivt de många buggar som den vanliga Dead Rising 4-spelet har. Utvecklarna måste ha gått tillbaka och patchat dem sedan spelet släpptes eftersom deluxe-paketet inte verkar ha buggar som att vissa fiender var i stasis efter att ha spawnat. Den deluxe-versionen är mindre benägen att krascha än om du köper spelet på egen hand. Jämfört med de flesta indiespel är Dead Rising 4 bra, men det skuggas tyvärr av de långt överlägsna Dead Rising 2 och 3.
